long road to ruin…

i know its been ages since i have updated me blog..so here’s what happened since then..first thing is i have been really busy with my PR projects and other subjects as well..im in the entertainment department so my job is to well entertain haha..so i have been practicing alot in jen’s home studio which i think is awesome..now we dont have to pay for studio fees anymore yay!! anyways im gonna set up a link to u guys..we recorded a song while we were practicing..so u can leave ur comment there if u want cuz its on facebook..

ok so moving on to more recent stuffs..just celebrated dinie’s 20th birthday yesterday so im gonna wish him again happy bday dinie!! had some dominos pizza and cake then played a game of truth or dare which i always end up as the one getting dared like 90% of the time.. –.- and also yea i had a photo assignment that i have to do..so i took alot of pics on that day which is sunday..was really stressful due the damned heat and most of my groupmates ditched me and jil oni to do the rest of the work.. –.- but anyways we still had fun haha..gonna put up a few pics just to show u guys a sneak preview haha.. owh yea im taking part in this gaming marathon where first place is gonna be a 40’ plasma TV and a PS3 slim..so yea wish me luck haha..

long long road ahead…

my new semester just started and man its gonna be another hell of a semester to go thru..this sem i finally gonna have photography..yes been waiting for this subject for some time now and also one super huge subject which is PR..the amount of work that is goin to be done in PR is gonna be phenomenal due to the fact that we have to organize a major event as our final assignment..i have mixed reactions with the new timetable..good as there is a day off for us every week which is tuesday..bad most of the classes starts at around 8-9 like that..omg so not used to waking up that early adi liao ish.. other updates on me recently is the i went down to malacca during my sem break..there i went to attend GACC which is another anime and games convention..i did not attend the first day but instead attended the second day cuz the first day i was attending another street fighter tournament ^^ (games is my life! >< ) so the time i had will be again as usual explain in the form of pictures..i dun have much pictures sorry la..the other cameraman dinie tak datang kerana dia terbagun lewat hahaha xD

ok people im back at ipoh~~ my sem is over and now im currently having a 3 week holiday..so semua orang-orang kat ipoh bila ada masa pls panggil saya~~ on another note..andre is playing at the indie youth rock thingy in ou..NOOOO i wanna go play there too~~ a note to andre..dun mess up like you did last time –.-

this is juat about i guess..just one mini update.. ;)

bon odori

i attended the Bon Odori festival yesterday which was on saturday..for those who dont know what Bon Odori is,heres a short explanation..Obon (お盆) or just Bon (盆) is a Japanese Buddhist custom to honor the departed spirits of one's ancestors. This Buddhist custom has evolved into a family reunion holiday during which people return to ancestral family places and visit and clean their ancestors' graves, and when the spirits of ancestors are supposed to revisit the household altars. Also called the Feast of Lanterns, it has been celebrated in Japan for more than 500 years and traditionally includes a dance, known as Bon-Odori.

ok so this is my first time attending it so this is a new experience for me..was really excited to see how this japanese festival was celebrated..so went together with my anime club gang which they arranged a bus for us to go to Shah Alam stadium for the festival..so here are some pics of what we did

this is the only pic i have of the stage when the festival began cuz i was too busy dancing with them to take any pictures..

i wanted to upload some videos that i took of the festival but it was way to big for me to upload..anyway we stayed there until 10 at night..dancing the whole nite and eating sushi all the way haha..i definitely had fun..get to know more of the japanese culture and their people..so thats about it i guess..sorry if i cant give u guys more pics of the stage but like i said..too busy dancing with them hehe..

this mayb a bit late update for some people who is reading but im ctaching up with the updates..so the past 2 weeks i had charlson’s bday party to attend and also i was selected as the main camera crew assistants for the official KDU advertisment..first will update on charls bday party..was a really small one but fun and eventful nevertheless..here are some pics from the party..

ok now for the second part of this post..the 2 weeks i have been chosen as the main camera crew assistants for the shooting of the KDU ad..basically the whole mascom department was involved in it..and it was great fun and alot of work for me and the gang..but i learnt alot from that 2 days of shoot..especially the guys from MS Post, our camera and shooting crew..special thx to Jay, Abu, Moos, Dean and Boy for teaching us wats it like on a real shooting set..eventhough we were stressed beyond our mind in doing this ad we still manage to have fun..the ad will be aired around next month la in all major GSC Cinemas..around the time when Harry Potter is showing la..rawk on guys!!
